The video shows a scenario of the development of blood plasma coagulation in the experimental in vitro system consisting of silicone tubes. Fibre-like fibrin structures floating in the stream are clearly visible. An audio track of the video is a Doppler frequency shift of a signal reflected by a stream. The experimental in vitro system allows the validation of physico-mathematical models of the blood coagulation system used in experiments in silico. An example of such a physical-mathematical model is presented in our article [PLoS ONE, 2015]
